Jay Zager. Mr. Zager is a DUI Forensic Alcohol Consultant and Expert Witness who has dedicated his career to DUI investigation and breath alcohol testing. He is a retired Broward County Sheriff and their former Breath Alcohol Testing Coordinator. He has testified as an expert in over 1,000 DUI trials. He has been factory trained by Draeger.
Mary McMurray. Ms. McMurray provides services and consultation in the areas of chemical testing of breath for alcohol. She consults and reviews laboratory analysis and expert testimony in both civil and criminal cases. She has worked in the field of breath testing since 1986 and has experience in several instruments, including the Draeger 9510. She has participated in numerous vivo and intron research studies and qualified as an expert witness in nearly all 50 states.
Jon Scott Fox: Has practiced in DUI Defense for over 30 years and been repeatedly recognized as a "Super Lawyer" as well as being named one of Seattle's Best Lawyers by Seattle Magazine. Jon has served on the faculties of the National College for DUI Defense and dozens of other legal education programs around the country. He is also the co-author of the Washington treatise, "Defending DUIs in Washington." A regular lecturer for WFCJ, Jon's insights into both science and the law are always informational and entertaining.
