Kevin Trombold
Serving as a Public Defender in King County for 9 years, Kevin has aggressively litigated several hundred DUI cases. A new member to the Foundation, Kevin has long been regarded as one of the hardest working and innovative defense attorneys in his field. His creation of waduicenter.com demonstrates his desire to better the entire defense bar with extensive research materials available for anyone handling the difficult task of defending someone accused of DUI. Kevin has been an intricate part of the recent State Toxicology litigation and has earned a reputation for being on the cutting edge of DUI defense. Kevin is a graduate of National Institute for Trial Advocacy, The Public Defender Trial School and The National College for DUI Defense.

Eric Gaston
Eric Gaston started his legal career as a prosecutor in Snohomish and Skagit Counties where his cases ranged from high profile DUI cases to vehicular homicide felonies. Eric joined the Cowan, Kirk, Gaston law firm in 2005, and together with Bill Kirk, spearheaded the challenge to implied consent warnings from 2004-2007, resulting in the suppression of thousands of breath tests. Eric's status as one of Washington's premier DUI defense lawyers was recognized in 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2007, when he was distinguished in his field by being named "Rising Star" in Washington Law & Politics, and he has been named a "Super Lawyer" by the same publication in 2008 and 2009.

Ken Fornabai
Ken Fornabai - Past President of the Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice from 1998 to 2008, Ken limits his practice to defending persons accused of alcohol-related offenses. He is a founding member of the National College for DUI Defense and nationally recognized for DUI defense as well as being certified in the administration of SFSTs. Ken has lectured at DUI defense seminars across the United States for over 20 years and has been voted a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law and Politics for many years. He is recognized as one of Washington's top 25 criminal defense lawyers and Ken is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Patricia Fulton
Patricia Fulton devotes her practice to defending clients accused of crimes, especially DUIs. A graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College, and recognized as a "Rising Star" by Washington Law and Politics, Patty has earned a reputation as an articulate and thoughtful advocate. In addition to membership in the Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice, Patty works to improve DUI laws by volunteering with the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' legislative committee. Patty also serves on the Board of Directors for the Citizens for Judicial Excellence. Patty lives and argues with her lawyer husband and their two children in Seattle.

Bill Bowman
BILL BOWMAN has been repeatedly recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics magazine and named to Seattle Magazine's list of "Seattle's Best Lawyers." He is Vice-President West of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, past chair of the Washington State Bar Association Criminal Law Section, a founding member of the Northwest Academy of DUI Defense and a member of the National College for DUI Defense. Bill has been a featured speaker at seminars presented to the bar and the judiciary about DUI defense and has published articles on trial practice in Trial News, Defense and Overruled magazines.

Howard Stein
Howard Stein has been an attorney since 1984. He represents people charged with DUI, vehicular offenses and people with DOL administrative actions. Mr. Stein and his firm, Stein, Lotzkar and Starr PS (formally, Tucker and Stein PS) have been involved in a series of Washington State Supreme Court cases related to Driving Under the Influence and the procedures of the Department of Licensing, including; State v. Crediford, Redmond v. Wilson and Moore, Seattle v. Clark- Munoz, State v. Calvin Smith and Bellevue v. Shin Lee. He is a member of the Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice, the National College for DUI Defense and was on the faculty of the King County Bar Association's Trial Advocacy Program.

Jon Fox
JON FOX, recognized as a "Super Lawyer" for five consecutive years by Washington Law and Politics magazine, has been named to Seattle Magazine's list of "Seattle's Best Lawyers." Limiting his practice to DUI defense, Jon has served on the faculties of the National College for DUI Defense and dozens of legal education programs around the country. A past chair of the Criminal Law Section, Washington State Bar Association, Jon has been featured in Washington State Bar News, Trial News, Defense and Overruled magazines. He is a founder and has served on the board of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and coauthored Defending DUI's in Washington, (Lexis/Nexis Legal Publishers).
